1. For Unopened Products
If you have unopened items in their original, tamper-evident packaging that you wish to return for a full refund:
  • Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] to request a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refund Details: We will refund the full purchase price plus the sales tax paid on those items.
  • Deduction: The cost of the return shipping label (typically around $5) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
    • If we sent you the wrong product or the product arrives damaged, we will cover the shipping label cost so you receive a full refund. See "Damaged or Incorrect Items" section below.
2. For Opened or Used Products
If you have tried our product and it isn’t the right fit for you, we want to make it right.
  • No Return Necessary: Because we cannot resell opened items, there is no need to ship the product back to us. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item.
  • Refund Details: We will refund the full purchase price of the item, minus a $5 processing fee.
  • Tax & Shipping: Please note that for items not physically returned to our facility, sales tax is non-refundable.
  • Policy Limit: To prevent abuse, this "no-return" guarantee is limited to first-time purchases of a specific product and covers a maximum of one unit.

How to Start Your Request

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including all taxes and shipping) at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline
Once your request is approved (and unopened items are received at our facility), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
